Thursday 25th December
• Check in early and settle into the festivities. 
• Enjoy an unforgettable Christmas dining experience at Whitcomb’s, where a specially curated five-course menu awaits.
• After your meal, it’s up to you… perhaps enjoy a few cocktails in our rooftop bar, offering panoramic views of the city and its twinkling lights, or unwind in a poolside cabana at The Retreat, our wellness sanctuary.

Friday 26th December
• Wake up to a delicious breakfast, served either in the comfort of your room or in our restaurant. 
• Spend a leisurely afternoon at The Stage, our Champagne bar, where you’ll enjoy one of the city’s most decadent afternoon teas. Think delicate cakes almost too beautiful to eat, our finest tea, and, of course, plenty of Champagne.

  • Please note, guests must book a time slot for Christmas lunch or dinner on Friday 25th December at Whitcomb’s, between 12:30pm and 4pm or 6pm - 10pm, and for Champagne Afternoon Tea on Saturday 26th December at The Stage, also between 12:30pm and 4pm. Time slots are subject to availability.  
  • A discretionary service charge of 3.5% per night will be added to your final bill, payable at the hotel.  
  • Cancellation policy: In order to avoid any cancellation charges, please advise us of any amendments or cancellations at least 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or no-shows after this time will incur a 100% charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
  • Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is by 12pm. 
  • Complimentary early check-in and check-out are available, subject to availability.
