Our seasonal spa packages are developed in collaboration with leading wellness experts, changing throughout the year to reflect the evolving needs of body and mind.

Each experience combines expert treatments with full use of The Retreat’s facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Creating an unhurried ritual rather than a single appointment.

Gold Sculpting Facial

At the heart of the treatment is Omorovicza's Gold Oleo Serum, formulated to restore elasticity, volume and definition. Lymphatic drainage refines the contours of the face, while red light therapy supports the skin's renewal from within. The ritual culminates in Omorovicza's signature Hungarian massage, working Gold Oleo Serum deep into the skin to lift, sculpt and firm.

Treatment for Two

A shared spa experience designed for two, combining expert treatments with an hour of poolside time in The Retreat's cabana. Begin or end your treatments with complimentary Champagne, access to the indoor pool, sauna and steam room, and an hour of cabana access for two, an unhurried afternoon in one of London's most quietly impressive wellness spaces.

Choose one of the following 60-minute treatments, taken together in our couples treatment room:

Signature Full Body Massage - a full-body massage using flowing, restorative techniques to ease tension and restore calm. Available with a deep tissue upgrade for £20 per person.

Golden Body Treatment - a two-part experience combining a 30-minute full body exfoliation with a 30-minute Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, leaving skin smooth and the body deeply relaxed.

Queen, Mud or Acid Glow Facial - choice of a 60-minute facial, tailored to your skin concerns with rigorous Hungarian facial massage techniques.

A revitalising half-day experience combining two targeted treatments with two hours of cabana time and a smoothie from Refuel. Arrive, settle in and let the afternoon take care of itself.

Get Your Glow experience includes two hours of pre or post treatment access to the poolside cabana and facilities, a smoothie of your choice from Refuel, a 30-minute Moor Scrub Treatment or Signature Facial, and a 30-minute Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage.
